Scales, orientation marks, lot information, and identification codes are applied to catheters, tubing, and plastic components by ink printing, with laser marking available after project confirmation.

Two Marking Methods
Select a method to compare its control points and performance targets.
Laser
Laser Marking (Project Confirmation Required)
Laser marking can create scales, orientation marks, lot information, or identification codes, with checks for position, contrast, legibility, rub resistance, and material effects. Bioteque’s public core-technology description explicitly lists scale printing but does not clearly identify laser marking as a standard capability. Available equipment, compatible materials, and completed process validation should be confirmed before making an external commitment.
Ink
Ink Printing and Scale Marking
Bioteque’s published core technologies include scale printing for text, symbols, graduations, and traceability information on catheters, tubing, or plastic components. Ink, surface preparation, and curing conditions are selected for the substrate. First-piece and in-process inspections verify content, position, clarity, adhesion, and rub resistance, while printed information must match approved labeling, specifications, and batch records.
