Bioteque’s published capabilities include micro-injection and overmolding, supported by injection molding equipment and an in-house mold shop. Applications include connectors, hubs, sleeves, handles, and integrated catheter-to-hub structures. Controls cover material lot and drying, mold and injection conditions, dimensions, flash, short shots, appearance, and insert/overmold bond strength.
